Hi, I'm Kaitlyn Boseck!

I’m Kaitlyn Boseck, a licensed therapist with a passion for helping women and young adults heal from relational trauma, burnout, and the weight of always having to hold it all together.
My approach is grounded in both clinical expertise and years of real-world experience walking alongside people who have faced some of life’s most complex challenges.
Before starting my private practice, I provided individual and group therapy to undergraduate and graduate students at Harvard University’s Counseling and Mental Health Services. I have also worked in community mental health, supporting clients through trauma, identity development, and emotionally overwhelming environments.
For over a decade, I’ve mentored girls, teens, and women. Many of them were navigating a loss of trust in themselves or in their relationships. That experience led me to trauma-informed work in transitional housing and a women’s homeless shelter, where I supported individuals in the sex trade and survivors of sexual exploitation. Safety, dignity, and empowerment are central to the way I show up as a therapist.
My graduate research focused on human trafficking, gender-based violence, and systemic sexism. These issues continue to shape the lens I bring to therapy. I understand how much the personal is shaped by the political, and I take an intersectional, feminist approach to helping clients feel safe, seen, and supported in a world that often demands too much from them.
In our work together, you can expect warmth, collaboration, and a space where you do not have to hide any parts of you or prove your pain. Whether you are navigating relationship stress, Complex PTSD, or feeling burned out from doing it all alone, I am here to help you reconnect with yourself and build a life that feels steady, authentic, and emotionally fulfilling.
