Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) in Boston for Millenials and Young Professionals

Rewire Emotional Triggers. Reclaim Inner Peace.

You do not have to relive the trauma to move past it.

If you are a high-achieving young professional who has survived emotional abuse, toxic relationships, or childhood neglect, you may still be carrying the weight in your body. You might look composed on the outside but feel constantly on edge inside. You know the story, but your nervous system never got the signal that it is over.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a gentle, evidence-based approach that helps your brain reprocess stuck emotional pain—without needing to talk through every detail. For many clients, it brings relief in as few as one to five sessions.

What Is Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)?

ART is a brief, brain-based psychotherapy that uses eye movements and image rescripting to help your brain reprocess and store distressing experiences in a new way. It is backed by research showing significant improvements in PTSD, anxiety, depression, and trauma symptoms.

Using ART, your mind accesses and releases traumatic material while keeping you grounded and in control. You do not need to relive or explain the full story for healing to happen.

Research-backed results: Studies show significant reductions in PTSD symptoms after just a few sessions of ART (Kip et al., 2012; Storey et al., 2024).
