Managing isn’t the same as feeling better
You might be doing what you’re supposed to do.
Working. Showing up. Keeping things moving.
And still, your body feels keyed up. Your thoughts loop. You replay conversations. You feel irritable, flat, or emotionally drained for reasons you can’t fully explain.
If you’ve wondered whether this is just how life is, it doesn’t have to be.
I offer anxiety and trauma therapy in Boston for people who function well, but don’t actually feel okay.
Therapy that focuses on relief, clarity, and helping your nervous system relax instead of pushing harder.
Do You See Yourself In Any of These Scenarios?
You don’t necessarily feel “in crisis,” but something feels off.
Maybe you deal with high functioning anxiety or constant overthinking.
Maybe you feel emotionally exhausted even on days that look fine on paper.
Maybe you’re successful, capable, and still feel unsettled in your body or relationships.
A lot of my clients say they’ve spent years working to feel better instead of actually feeling better.
That’s where therapy can help.

Why choose me, Kaitlyn Boseck, LICSW as your therapist?
Choosing the right therapist matters. The relationship you build in therapy is one of the strongest predictors of meaningful change. That’s why my approach is highly relational, collaborative, and direct. I’m not passive, but engaged. I ask real questions, and I don’t sit back while sessions turn into endless processing that goes nowhere.
I offer anxiety and trauma therapy in Boston using an ADHD-informed, nervous-system–focused approach. We pay attention to what’s actually showing up in your day-to-day life. The patterns in your thoughts, reactions, relationships, and body that keep you feeling tense, overwhelmed, or stuck.
As a neurodivergent therapist trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), I work in ways that support how your brain processes stress and memory. This can be especially helpful if traditional talk therapy has left you overthinking, exhausted, or unsure whether anything is actually changing.
The goal isn’t to analyze you or dig endlessly into the past. The goal is to help you feel steadier, more regulated, and more like yourself, so anxiety takes up less space and your nervous system isn’t constantly on edge.

Support for Anxiety, Trauma, and ADHD Overwhelm.

I help with anxiety and trauma, especially when they show up as emotional neglect wounds, burnout, people pleasing, relational stress, ADHD overwhelm, and that constant feeling of being on edge.
Many of my clients look like they’re functioning on the outside but feel tense, overextended, or mentally exhausted on the inside. Therapy focuses on helping you understand what’s driving those patterns and learning how to feel more steady and grounded in your day to day life.
For clients who want a more focused approach, I also offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy. This can help reduce the emotional intensity around past experiences without having to talk through every detail over and over.
Sessions are offered as online anxiety and trauma therapy for adults across Massachusetts, including Boston and surrounding areas.
The Pillars That Guide Our Work Together
Trauma-Informed
We move at a pace that respects your story and your nervous system. The goal is to build a foundation where you feel emotionally safe enough to open up without feeling pushed or overwhelmed.
Accountability With Care
You will get compassion, but also honesty. Not just head nods and validation, but grounded feedback, gentle challenges, and sometimes humor to help you grow without feeling judged.
Safety & Trust
Therapy is deeply relational. We will build a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, take emotional risks, and show up as you are, at your own pace.
Cultural Humility
Your identity and lived experiences matter. I approach this work with respect, curiosity, and a commitment to ongoing learning so I can better understand and support each client I work with.
Collaboration
You are the expert of your own life. We work together to clarify your goals, understand your patterns, and support growth that feels aligned with who you are and where you want to go.
Human-Centered Care
At the end of the day, you are treated as a person, not a diagnosis or a stereotype. You are allowed to be complex, imperfect, and still worthy of care and understanding.
